All classes are drop-in and hold a maximum of 10 people.
**We will be closed on Monday, September 22nd and from October 13th to December 1st.**
We can also arrange packages that include yoga and accommodations at a nearby resort, or yoga accommodations and lunch at The Vegan Cafe. Please contact us for more information.
Hatha Yoga is the core of all yoga. This fully led class focuses on key yoga asanas (poses) with adjustments, and ends in pranayama (breathing exercises) and deep relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels.
Hatha Flow is a moderately paced class with asanas (poses) that will take you deeper into your practice. This class is not recommended for beginners.
Pilates focuses on the spine, core strength and flexibility.
1. As a courtesy to others please put all mobile devices on silent.
2. Classes are on a first-come first-served basis so try to come at least 5 minutes early to ensure a spot.
3. We like children, but we are not a daycare centre so please do not bring them to class.
4. Where loose, comfortable clothes, and nothing too revealing as it could distract others.
