Morning yoga classes consist of asanas, pranayama and relaxation; suitable for all levels.
Afternoon yoga classes are a little bit more rigorous and are not recommended for beginners.
All classes are drop-in and hold a maximum of 10 people.
Spend the day with us for just 650 baht. Any Thursday enjoy a morning yoga class, a vegan lunch an an afternoon pilates class for one great price.
We can also arrange packages that include yoga and accommodations at a nearby resort, or yoga accommodations and lunch at The Vegan Cafe. Please contact us for more information.
